I’ll be honest, I went into coaching with Theo a bit skeptical. I wasn’t sure what I’d get out of it that I couldn’t work out on my own.

What changed my mind was realising how powerful the practice itself is. Having someone who actually listens, and who knows which framework to bring in at the right moment, made me think more clearly than I ever managed alone. Theo never handed me answers.
