I strongly believe in continuous development through education and personal growth. Thus, I gradually managed to find myself in ever higher positions which, of course, brought more responsibilities. Along the way, I have encountered great opportunities, but also demanding challenges. Adapting and managing strategic changes, keeping performance at a high level and ensuring a balance between running the team in question as opposed to achieving objectives was not always an easy task.<\/p>\n

As you may already imagine, it wasn\u2019t always easy to keep going. A challenging manager, a high-pressure environment, and the constant demand to improve both myself and my team eventually led me to burnout\u2014a point where I feared there might be no way out. How have I managed to cope with it? Through Life & Executive Coaching, I\u2019ve navigated challenges, aligned values and priorities, and consistently exceeded expectations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After my journey of overcoming personal limitations and discovering the path to success, I was inspired to pursue Executive Coaching professionally<\/strong>. I began by successfully completing the Life Coaching programme at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). Eager to gain more specialised knowledge and professional certification, I advanced to the PCC-level programme, The Art & Science of Coaching & The Solution-Focused Coaching \u2013 Advanced Course, at the Erickson School of Canada. This programme, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), is recognised as one of the most prestigious in the world.<\/p>\n
