Executive Coaching

Beyond Vision

The path to successful Leadership

The principles and methods of coaching are universal, bridging both personal and professional life. After all, professional demands often intersect with and challenge personal priorities.

My decision to focus on executive coaching was a bold yet natural step, driven by my own experience and my passion for empowering professionals, managers, and leaders to elevate their performance in every aspect of their lives.

Together, we will explore your core values—the cornerstone of effective coaching—and use them to chart the steps toward achieving your goals. And we’ll take those steps together!

Corporate Experience

Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated closely with CEOs and senior executives in major corporations, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges faced by today’s ambitious leaders. I am currently serving as the Chief Digital Officer at Bank of Valletta, Malta’s largest banking institution. In this key role, I contribute to several strategic areas including the CMC, PGPC, and the Data Council. My core expertise lies in digital transformation, with extensive experience in customer experience, voice of the customer, design thinking, and customer journey mapping.

2011 was a turning point in my career when I joined Booking.com (a Fortune 500 company) in the Netherlands as part of the Global Hotels Projects team. My ambition for greater leadership led to my promotion to Manager of Strategic Partnerships in 2013. Upon my return to Greece in 2016, I took on the role of Director of User Experience at Eurobank EFG, embracing the challenge of advancing the bank’s digital experience.
Adaptability, leadership, strategy, and innovation are not just professional concepts but personal values that sustain my career. They are the principles guiding my development and continue to shape my approach as a coach.

In modern everyday life,
the stability of a strong leader comes from
their ability to adapt to change.
