Why I became a coach.

I have more than 20 years of professional experience. It includes C-suite roles as Chief Digital Officer (CDO), Chief Customer Experience Officer (CCXO) and Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer — leading digital, customer experience, strategy and transformation work in Greek and international organisations.
Those years brought real pressure: high-stakes decisions, growing responsibility and very little time to step back. At one point the pressure led me to burnout.
Working with a coach helped me examine my priorities and my values, and to make different choices. That experience is why I moved into coaching.
Today I work with leaders across international organisations, helping them find their leadership style and lead change with confidence.
