What the terms mean
Check-ins
Short, agreed points of contact between sessions to keep momentum.
Leadership agenda
A written summary, agreed at the start, of the change you want to make.
Midpoint and closing reviews
Sessions where we step back and look at progress against that agenda.
Impact loop
A regular check, using examples from your real work, of whether the change is showing.
Deep dive
A longer session focused on one significant topic. How deep dives relate to the 24 sessions is set out in your written proposal.
Priority access
Priority when arranging time together. It is not an on-call service.
Mentoring on request
When you ask, I say what I would do and why, drawing on my executive experience. It is offered as my view, kept separate from the coaching, and the decision stays yours.

No need to choose now — we can work out what fits in a 15-minute introduction.

Executive Coaching

Change how you lead, so the people you lead can see the difference.

You know how to perform. The harder question is whether the way you are succeeding is still the way you want to lead.

When this fits

The role gets bigger

Expectations rise while thinking space shrinks.

The old pattern stops working

Habits that brought success begin to carry a cost.

Title and person diverge

The role fits less clearly than before.

You want visible change

Build behaviour that shows up in real work.

How the work usually unfolds
  1. 01 · Name it

    Define the leadership change.

  2. 02 · See the pattern

Surface what keeps it in place.

  3. 03 · Practise in real work

    Use real meetings and decisions.

  4. 04 · Check the evidence

Look for observable signs of change.
