What the contact form collects
Your name, email address and message, and — only if you choose to add them — your role and company and the packages you are interested in. We also store the language you used and a technical fingerprint of your email address, used only to limit repeated submissions.
How it is used
Only to read and reply to your enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to any mailing list.
Newsletter signups
A newsletter (Grow Beyond Notes) signup is being prepared. When it opens, your email address is used only if you tick the consent box, and you will be asked to confirm by email before newsletters or offers are sent. We keep a record of the exact consent wording you agreed to and when. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email; unsubscribing and suppression are handled by the email service that sends the newsletters. Newsletter signups are not open to the public yet. The only address processed so far is Grow Beyond's own, for an internal test of the signup.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a database provided through Lovable Cloud, the platform this website is built and hosted on (the database service is operated by Supabase). Visitors cannot read stored enquiries. They can be accessed by the website’s own server functions, by Grow Beyond as the site owner, and by authorised platform administrators where needed to run the service. When you send an enquiry, a copy is also emailed automatically to hello@wegrowbeyond.com through Grow Beyond’s Google Workspace (Gmail) account, so Theo can reply to you.
Booking a conversation
The booking button opens Calendly, an external scheduling service. Anything you enter there is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
Social links
Links to Instagram and LinkedIn take you to those services, which apply their own privacy policies.
Learning accounts
If you create a learning account, we store your email address, a securely hashed password (we never see the password itself) and basic sign-in records. We use them to let you sign in, reset your password and show you the programme you bought.
Course payments
Payments for the video programme are processed by Stripe. Stripe may offer Link to save and reuse payment details. Your card or bank details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by Grow Beyond. Stripe tells us the order result, the amount, currency, any discount applied and an order reference, which we keep as your purchase record. Stripe, and Link where you use it, handle payment data, tax, fraud checks, receipts and payment support under their own privacy policies.
Video playback
Lesson videos are hosted privately by Mux. When you watch, the site issues a short-lived signed link after checking your access, and Mux receives the technical information needed to stream the video, such as your IP address, device and browser details and playback data.
Learning progress
We store how far you have watched each lesson and which lessons you completed, so you can pick up where you left off.
Workbook download
The workbook is kept in private storage. When you download it, the site checks your access and issues a download link that expires after a few minutes.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, purchase record and progress while your account exists, and purchase records as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations.
Ad measurement
This website does not currently use any advertising measurement: no ad pixel is loaded and no conversion data is sent to advertising platforms. If this changes, we will ask for your permission first and update this notice to describe exactly what is shared. The hosting platform may record technical information, such as error reports, to keep the site working.

To ask what we hold about you, or to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, please email us. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
